We’re looking for a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead boots-on-the-ground operations across complex civil infrastructure sites in Texas. If you know how to rally crews, drive schedules, and keep safety tight—this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee field crews and subcontractors on daily site operations.
- Drive site logistics—materials, equipment, deliveries, and manpower.
- Enforce jobsite safety (partner with our Safety Manager for audits & toolbox talks).
- Monitor quality, job productivity, and reporting.
- Coordinate with unions, inspectors, clients, and internal teams.
What You Bring
- 10 years of experience in construction (electrical, traffic/transportation or utility preferred.
- OSHA 30 & CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and site drawings.
- Experience with PM software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.) is a plus.
- Union work experience? Big bonus.
