The Key Responsibilities include managing underground transmission utility projects from inception to completion, leading project teams, developing project execution plans, maintaining project budgets and schedules, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, tracking project documentation, identifying and resolving challenges, gathering customer feedback, and promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets, reporting, and project analysis. They will be able to lead and collaborate with teams while managing multiple priorities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is mandatory; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD is a plus.
