Key Responsibilities:
">As a Project Manager at Elecnor Hawkeye, you will be responsible for leading project teams through the entire lifecycle of utility infrastructure projects. This includes developing technical and commercial bidding strategies during proposal phase, creating plans for managing and controlling projects from implementation, defining and executing work breakdown structures, oversight of planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring, managing project budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining high-level communication with teams and stakeholders, mentoring staff, and performing additional duties.
Required Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, preferably Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems.
- 5 years of industry experience, including 3-5 years in Project Management; direct experience in power utilities, transmission, and distribution and/or high-voltage substations a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ViewPoint experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
- PMP Certification or PE License/FE-EIT Certificate a plus.
