Key Responsibilities:
· Drafting Proposals: Assist in the preparation and editing of proposals for potential clients and projects.
· Creating Invoices: Generate and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
· Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings, including setting up conference calls and meetings with clients and team members.
· Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including managing social media accounts and preparing marketing materials.
· Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized and running smoothly.
· Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
· Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in company databases and systems.
· Record Keeping: Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
· Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for team members as needed.
· Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
· Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
