Job Overview :
The lead AV Technician installs commercial and professional audio-visual equipment. This position requires working closely with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and clients to complete projects on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Responsible for running an AV project crew and will assume responsibility for effective performance and provide necessary training.
- Responsible for adhering to the company’s and client’s safety guidelines.
- Coordinates with the project manager to ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance with budget.
- Serves as the main on-site customer contact for questions and / or concerns.
- Performs work consistently demonstrating a detailed level of technical knowledge and being able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
