Electra Link seeks a DAS (Distributed Antenna System) Foreman to join our Special Services Department team in Dallas, TX. The Foreman’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, working alone and managing teams installing DAS and other wireless equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion by providing guidance, training, and resolving issues, and working closely with our project management team to ensure that each project is completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with the company's objectives. This hands-on leadership role will require you to work onsite alongside an installation crew or independently as the projects are defined. Responsibilities involve installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing in-building cellular & public safety systems, ensuring adequate communication infrastructure, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate DAS installation projects with team members, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee the daily activities of the installation crew, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Conduct site assessments, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, project managers, and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Manage and coordinate various subcontractors as needed.
- Install RF coax cables, fiber cables, and associated connectors and terminations.
- Install radios, antennas, and associated RF equipment.
- Use RF test equipment, such as a PIM unit, Line Sweep Tester, or Light Meter, to verify the full functionality of installed components.
- Perform grid testing for public safety DAS.
- Utilize construction documents to plan and complete site builds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with cable, passive devices, RF radios, and antennas.
- Commissioning and optimizing DAS and signal booster equipment.
- Plan new or modified installations to minimize material waste, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications, safety codes, and local electrical codes.
- Work from ladders, aerial lifts, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair wiring & equipment.
- Perform physically demanding tasks while conveying knowledge of basic/specialized tools and equipment throughout the service job/work order process.
- Must understand and conform to Government/Local regulations, ordinances, and any/all required Safety Guidelines.
- Must be able to utilize digital platforms (iPad, Laptop) as required to fulfill job duties, i.e., digital record keeping, email, digital logs and forms, and file sharing
