Job Overview : The Lead AV Technician is responsible for the installation of commercial and professional audio visual equipment. This position requires working closely with project managers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and clients to complete projects on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Performs work consistently demonstrating a detailed level of technical knowledge and being able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Responsible for adhering to the company’s and client’s safety guidelines.
- Coordinates with the project manager to ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance with budget.
- Serves as the main on-site customer contact for questions and / or concerns.
