What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Receptionist position at Electralloy / G.O.Carlson Inc.?
An opportunity exists in Electralloy/G.O. Carlson Inc.’s Finance Department for an Office Assistant / Receptionist / Inventory Technician. This position will report directly to the VP Finance / CFO. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following job duties:
Answer main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate person/department.
- Greet visitors upon entering the office and direct accordingly
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and intercompany mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail and maintain the company’s parcel accounts.
- Order general office supplies as needed.
- Maintain certain inventory reports.
- Assist the finance department as needed.
The starting salary is approx. $36,000.00/year with an EXCELLENT benefit package. Candidate must be a High School Graduate and a U.S. Citizen.
