We are seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled environment. As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products by precisely connecting parts into more complex components. You will work with hand tools and machines to ensure that all parts fit correctly and meet strict quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and manuals accurately.
- Collect and organize all necessary materials and equipment before starting assembly.
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure the perfect fit of components.
- Select and modify components as needed based on measurements and specifications.
- Align materials and assemble parts to build complex units.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of production quantities and time.
- Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to the appropriate team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Associate or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Experience using hand tools (e.g., clamps) and machinery (e.g., presses).
- Good understanding of quality control principles and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification is a plus.
