In this exciting and rewarding position, the Electrical Estimator/Project Manager will meet with customers to develop a scope of work, estimate, win and deliver the project. This is a critical role that will drive projects from planning and development, through delivery and customer satisfaction. The right Estimator/Project Manager will have 3-7 years of Electrical Estimation/Project Management experience, with practical Design-Build skill sets, and a history of delivering quality projects on time and on budget. Duties and Responsibilities for Electrical Estimators/Project Managers Include:
- Conduct site visits for estimate requests with government clients, commercial property managers, or private commercial clients.
- Accurately estimate, prepare quote & win project opportunity utilizing traditional estimating methods or prefered software.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of electrical plans, blueprints and drawing.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Knowledge of design principles, relevant codes, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with electrical equipment, materials and specifications.
- Experience with contract documents such as contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendum, specifications, and change orders.
- Experience or exposure to technical writing.
- Familiarity with electrical equipment, materials and specifications.
Requirements for the Electrical Estimator/Project Manager role include:
- Minimum of 3 years Electrical Estimating/Project Management experience
- Field electrical experience
- Valid driver's license and 3 points or less
- Must be a motivated individual, trustworthy and have excellent work habits
- Professional license and certifications preferred
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office, Project Manager and electrical estimation software
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, and various computer skills.
- Personable and customer focused demeanor
- A self-starter who is independently driven to succeed
- Aptitude for math
- Willingness to form relationships with customers
- Analytical and tactical thinking is a requirement

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
