Role:
This role is part of the Revenue Growth Organization, which includes marketing, sales, government affairs, and business development under the office of the CRO. The priority of the Revenue Growth Organization is to identify, acquire, and scale customers while delivering exceptional EV driver experiences.
We are seeking a Technical Product Marketer to join our team and play a critical role in driving awareness, understanding, and adoption of Electric Era’s products. The role requires experience in crafting and delivering compelling content that showcases our technology’s features, functionality, technical specifications, and end-to-end solutions. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be skilled at translating complex technical details into content that resonates with both technical decision-makers and business personas. This position is essential to ensuring our customers, partners, and stakeholders fully understand the value and impact of Electric Era’s solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth Alignment: Act as a key contributor to the goals of the Revenue Growth Organization by supporting customer acquisition and scaling initiatives through impactful technical marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and edit a wide range of content to support marketing initiatives, including technical blogs, videos, product guides, and social media campaigns.
- Content Development: Produce high-quality technical marketing assets, such as white papers, solution briefs, product datasheets, case studies, technical presentations, webinars, and videos.
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop and refine messaging that effectively communicates the value of Electric Era’s technology to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Persona Alignment: Translate technical details into compelling narratives tailored to technical decision-makers (e.g., engineers, CTOs) and business personas (e.g., operations managers, business executives).
- Product Launch Support: Partner with product management and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch materials, and enablement tools.
- Market Enablement: Create technical sales enablement materials such as competitive analysis, ROI calculators, FAQs, and training resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and effective representation of technical capabilities and solutions.
- Customer Advocacy: Partner with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories showcasing Electric Era’s impact.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about trends in energy storage, EV charging, and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge in product marketing initiatives.
- Other Duties: May be asked to perform other duties at the discretion of the Head of Marketing, CRO, or CEO.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical product marketing, preferably in industries such as energy, technology, or software.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to deeply understand technical products, features, and systems and explain them in a way that aligns with customer needs and industry standards.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing.
- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM tools, and content creation software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
- Creativity: A knack for turning technical specifications into engaging, value-driven stories.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
