Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time contract onsite chaplain to provide spiritual and pastoral support to our employees. This role is ideal for someone passionate about ministry and serving others, who can foster an atmosphere of care, encouragement, and faith within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spiritual Guidance: Provide pastoral care, counsel, prayer, and support to employees seeking guidance or experiencing personal challenges.
- Crisis Intervention: Assist during times of crisis by offering emotional and spiritual support to affected employees, including visiting and praying for employees or family members in the hospital.
- Onsite Ministry: Visit our workplace to pray with employees and provide spiritual encouragement.
- Event Participation: Attend company events, such as holiday parties, and deliver a small sermon or inspirational message.
- Confidentiality and Trust: Maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees, creating a safe space for discussing personal or sensitive matters.
- Community Connection: Help employees connect with local churches and spiritual resources.

Hours and Payment:
- This is a part-time contractor position with flexible hours, up to 30 hours per month.
- Contractor will invoice the company at the end of each month, with payment due net 15 days from the invoice date.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 7.5 per week
