We have approximately 270 full time employees on the payroll, their areas of expertise are: motor winders, motor mechanics, machinists, engineers (electrical and mechanical), quality assurance technicians, switchgear technicians, field service technicians (switchgear, vibration analysis, infrared scanning, laser alignment, troubleshooting and repair of marine and industrial systems), administrative, sales and management personnel.

Minimum requirements are:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using inside and outside micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, depth micrometers, and various other testing equipment.
- Must have accurate and legible recordkeeping skills.
- Must be physically able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and capable to standing/stooping/kneeling for long periods of time.
- We are a service industry on call to our customers 24/7/265. To meet our customer's needs, employees must be able to work overtime as needed, including extending hours outside of assigned shift. This also includes weekends/holidays.
- Former military mechanical technician a definite plus.
- Perform dimensional measurements and visual inspection of disassembled electric motors and associated parts to determine necessary repairs.
- Verification of new and repaired parts following machining against drawing or specified requirements.
- Perform in-process surveillance and release completed motors for shipment.
- Complete all required paperwork completely and legibly.
