Role Overview:
As a Paid Growth Manager at Electric Orange, you will be a strategic leader for some of our large paid media clients, driving both strategy and client communication. With a deep understanding of search and social strategy, you’ll craft clear, data-driven strategies that showcase our clients' success. Your ability to blend storytelling with analytics is essential in this role, as is your knowledge of how various platforms work together to drive e-commerce growth and attract new customers.
You will collaborate closely with our internal teams, including SEO, to ensure client success, developing and implementing strategies that meet and exceed performance goals. You should be enthusiastic about mentoring junior staff and enhancing operational processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in paid media within an agency environment
- Proven experience managing combined monthly budgets of $100,000 on platforms such as Google and Meta
- Demonstrated expertise in running paid digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snap and others
- Experience in managing and mentoring others
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and manage challenging client conversations
- A keen eye for visual creative (both image and video) and design
- Passion for e-commerce marketing and a commitment to mastering the growth of e-commerce brands
- A love of learning, teaching, and sharing knowledge, coupled with humility and a lack of ego
- Solid understanding of attribution and experience with multi-touch attribution (MTA) tools
- Experience developing strategies focused on acquiring new customers
- Strong auditing skills for client campaigns
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities
- Interest in expanding skillsets into areas like CRO, Email, and SMS marketing
- Proactive, action-oriented, and driven by growth
