Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Manager, Paid Media at Electric Orange. The role is located in Brooklyn, NY, with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Manager will be responsible for media planning, media strategy, day-to-day communication for paid media campaigns across several CPG brands. As we continue to grow as a team, we are looking for like-minded individuals with a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution, performance, and reporting of Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Programmatic, etc)
- Develop audience strategies using campaign briefs and target audience research analysis to help develop targeting that aligns with client goals and objectives
- Work among Paid Media team to manage performance ad campaigns aimed to drive conversions, consideration, and brand awareness
- Collaborate with team to design comprehensive testing roadmaps, lift studies, and other attribution-based measurement studies across Paid Media channels
- Analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations based on the analysis
- Review completed and running campaigns on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and discuss ongoing efforts with senior team members
- Analyze results and maximize ROAS/CPA efficiencies, and provide accurate performance reports to clients
- Maintain detailed files of all relevant records (latest media plans, performance reports) for each campaign
- Cultivate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis, trends in the digital marketing space and new brands/products being launched
- Communicate with other internal channel team members (SEO) to facilitate cohesive strategies to achieve client goals
Qualifications
- Media Planning and Media Strategy skills (focus on direct-response programs)
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to diligently QA work
- Experience in managing performance-focused paid media campaigns (budgets over $100k/mo)
- 3 years experience with key paid media platforms, including Paid Social (Facebook Ads Manager) and Paid Search (Google Ads)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Google Ads, Meta or other digital marketing certifications are a plus
Salary Range
$95,000-$120,000 (based on applicable experience)
