AM Pickle Ball Pro Shop Attendee

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while managing sales transactions and maintaining the pro shop's inventory. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are appealing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure proper change is given.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the pro shop.
• Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Experience

• Previous experience or Knowledge of Pickle Ball or Pro Shop / Retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in upselling products is a plus, along with knowledge of retail math principles.
