Reports to : Chief Financial Officer About the Company Electric Pump and its family of companies have been in operation for the last 45 years providing fluid handling equipment to our customers in the industrial, municipal, and environmental markets.
In addition, we are the largest pump service organization in the upper Midwest.
Electric Pump is comprised of eight locations in seven states with approximately 120 employees.

Website : www.electricpump.com Job Summary An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer transactions, processing incoming payments, and managing collections efforts.
This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with other team members to ensure the timely resolution of payment issues.
This role would also have light receptionist responsibilities with greeting guests and answering phone calls. Essential Functions 1.
Process payments received via credit card, ACH, or mailed check. 2.
Follow up on any overdue accounts and escalate if necessary. 3.
Maintain a clear record of communications and actions taken to recover payments. 4.
Process daily invoices for mailing or emailing to our customers. 5.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail. 6.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office. 7.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on automated phone system. 8.
Ensure office area is tidy and presentable. 9.
Perform administrative tasks as assigned. 10.
