Purpose: A warehouse associate is an employee who helps fulfill the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and delivering of our facility's inventory. They perform tasks like storing products, receiving incoming deliveries, scanning items before logging them on computer systems, managing stock, maintaining a warehouse's cleanliness and inspecting products to detect defects or damages. They assemble and package products related to orders and ensure proper shipment of goods. They also ensure safe delivery product to customers while providing excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
- Organize warehouse space
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check, verify and fill customer invoices
- Load and unload goods and materials from the warehouse onto the vehicle
- Transport goods and materials to various locations in a safe and timely manner
- Ensure that all goods and materials are properly secured during transport
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any problems to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Keep warehouse and vehicles clean and organized daily
- Proven warehouse experience
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience operating a variety of vehicles, including vans and trucks
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team player with organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
DELIVERY DRIVER:
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Driving: Must be able to sit and drive for long periods, often up to 8 hours a day.
- Walking and Climbing: Ability to walk up and down stairs and climb in and out of the delivery vehicle multiple times a day.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle, control, and feel objects, tools, or controls
- Visual and Auditory Requirements: Must have the ability to see and hear within normal ranges, with or without corrective devices
- Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in various weather conditions, such as rain, snow or extreme heat.
- Physical Stamina: Must have the endurance to perform physical tasks throughout the day, including, bending, kneeling, crouching, and stretching.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Standing and Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, often up to 8-10 hours a day
- Climbing and Balancing: Ability to climb stairs and ladders and maintain balance on uneven surfaces
- Stooping, Kneeling, and Crouching: Required to stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Visual and Auditory Requirements: Must have the ability to see and hear within normal ranges, with or without corrective devices
- Operating Machinery: Experience and ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in various environmental conditions, such as hot, cold, or noisy environments.
