What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician position at Electric Supply & Equipment?
PURPOSE:
As an ES&E Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will assembly components while following guided work instructions and schematics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to follow guided work instructions.
- Use of industrial tools such as torque screwdrivers.
- Assemble components onto din rail.
- Keep work area clean and free of debris and work hazards.
- Ability to work safely in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Must be computer literate.
• Self‐motivated and willing to learn mentality.
• General electrical wiring knowledge.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to communicate effectively.
• Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Vocational degree or certification
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
