- Develop, implement, and optimize SEM strategies primarily on Google Ads, ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize reach and ROI.
- Plan and execute comprehensive media strategies, incorporating data-driven insights to define targeting and bidding strategies.
- Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and other Google networks, ensuring performance meets or exceeds defined KPIs.
- Monitor daily and monthly budgets, adjust bids, and allocate resources to maintain optimal campaign efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance through detailed reports and dashboards, identifying insights and trends that drive data-based decision-making.
- Implement and maintain tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking to accurately measure and report on campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by refining ad copy, targeting, and budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Content, and Data Analytics to align SEM strategies with broader company objectives.
- Communicate campaign results, key insights, and actionable recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEM trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices to ensure Electric Symphony Media remains ahead of the curve.
- Explore and test new approaches, such as emerging ad formats, platforms, and tools, to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Proactively seek opportunities to refine strategies and integrate innovative solutions to improve campaign efficiency and results.
- At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies, digital advertising concepts, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
