General Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Estimating Coordinator to support our estimators in the development and completion of company estimates. This role involves efficiently managing project procurement processes before and after take-off to ensure accurate and timely estimates.

Essential Functions:
· Perform daily or as-needed data entry tasks.
· Organize and manage the bid schedule.
· Track, organize, and manage logs of awarded, completed, and pending projects.
· Locate, download, and print procurement documents, including plans and specifications.
· Request quotations for subcontractor and vendor items.
· Assist in the timely submission of comprehensive and well-developed proposals to prospective owners and general contractors.
· Populate bid documents and route them for signature.
· Attend pre-bid meetings and job walks.
· Assist in picking up and dropping off necessary paperwork to appropriate agencies.
· Adhere to the company’s Alcohol and Drug-Free Policy at all times.
· Work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
· Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
