Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Electrician to join our new construction team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the field, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within residential properties, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Starting Pay And Benefits Will Depend On Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical wiring, fixtures, and circuit breaker panels in new residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
• Install and terminate circuit breakers, panels, and other electrical equipment.
• Install and wire various electrical devices, such as switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship or technical training program preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in residential electrical work.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to electrical installations.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.
