The Quality Engineering Technician will report to the Quality Engineering Leader.
Job Summary
This is an exciting role! The Quality Engineering Technician is a critical member of the EP² Quality Assurance Team and reports to the Quality Engineering Leader. The Quality Engineering Technician is responsible for assisting the Quality Engineering team to improve standard work practices and quality requirements to increase safety, quality, and on time delivery through the creation and maintenance of work instructions, quality planning, and system & product compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Track feedback and proposed changes to documented processes and make required updates.
- Learn processes in thorough detail in order to document processes in VKS.
- Run meetings reviewing work done and data collected.
- Creation of training records in relation to new and updated documented processes.
- Auditing of compliance to processes and procedures and reporting findings in an organized way.
- Assist with and conduct root cause investigations following all branches to all possible causes.
- Assist with PFMEAs and Corrective Action projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
