JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide business, managerial, and technical direction to multiple Service Centers. When local Operation Supervisors are not part of the management structure, provide general supervision for Field Engineers and Technicians and schedule workflow. Serve as customer contact and liaison. Keep track of job progress and financial details.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- esponsible for the sales, profit, and quality of the area operation. R
- eview and sign contracts consistent with Limits of Authority. W
- ork with the Sr. Director / Region Director, Regional Sales Manager, and Marketing Services to promote new business. D
- evelop Area Profit Plan using local committee and periodically review plan to ensure that Service Centers work is on track. H
- old periodic regular management committee meetings to promote effective communication and review business progress. W
- ork with staff to develop weekly invoicing and monthly Status Reports. R
- eview and audit field jobs. R
- esponsible for the general supervision, safety, and technical training of Field Engineers and Technicians. P
- erform employee performance reviews and recommend appropriate salary changes. C
- oordinate technical training for field personnel and assist with career development. R
- eview and recommend field technical procedures and procedure changes. I
- nterview job applicants. D
- evelop and review proposals, and review reports of field engineers.

Education and/or Experience

- ame or similar work experience in the Industrial Service Industry. R

- ommunicate effectively, writing and verbally, with clients, peers, subordinates, and management. S
- trong computer skills including editing, formatting, and using templates in Microsoft Word, use of the Internet for standards/products/manufacturer research, and operation of computer-controlled test equipment. W
- illing to do some overnight travel to cover field region and attend company meetings. R
- egularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear. Required to sit and work at the computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. V

The anticipated salary range for this role in the California locality is between $169,950 to $203,940 per year [IF ROLE IS NON-EXEMPT: (based on a 40-hour work week)]—salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process.
