Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales/Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure efficient scheduling of our field technicians while engaging with customers to promote our service plans. Your strong organizational skills and customer service orientation will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Schedule field technicians for service calls and installations in the generator and electrical trades.
- Follow up with customers on open quotations to facilitate sales.
- Answer incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Utilize computer systems extensively to manage schedules, sales data, and customer information.
- Learn and utilize new software programs, including ServiceTitan, to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Assist in promoting and selling service plans to existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Being a Self-Starter and the ideal candidate must be highly motivated to succeed.
- Other small office projects as required
Qualifications:
- Experience in scheduling for field technicians in the generator and electrical trades is preferred.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in service plans or similar products.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications; willingness to learn new programs (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, manage many phone calls, and be able to handle many various tasks. Every situation in our business is different.
- Must be willing to learn and even create new processes and adapt to an ever changing and evolving workplace and role.
