We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in electrical systems to join our team. This role will focus on coordinating and dispatching service calls, managing electrical projects, and estimating project costs. If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Call Coordination:
  • Dispatch and manage service technicians to ensure timely response to client needs.
  • Communicate ETAs to clients and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with multiple trades and stakeholders to streamline workflows.
  • Estimating:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates.
  • Analyze blueprints, schematics, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
  • Client Communication:
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout project lifecycles.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect work to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Implement improvements based on lessons learned from completed projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
