**Job Title:** Equipment Operator
**Location:** Monticello, IN
**Job Category:** Utility Construction/Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate equipment such as directional drills, mini excavators, backhoes, and/or cable plows.
- Familiarity with various tools & equipment like compressors, tampers, jack hammers, locators, etc. to safely use them.
Essential Functions:
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of work.
- Operate equipment in a safe manner.
- Be flexible with hours, including overtime (overtime may be required).
- Travel to job sites as dictated by location, including out-of-town travel.
- Be willing to learn and grow with the organization.
- Work full-time in an outdoor environment, adapting to varying weather conditions.
- Participate in routine training sessions (LMS, OSHA 10 hour, etc.).
- Manage roadside traffic control effectively.
- Interact well with management, co-workers, and customers.

Requirements:
