POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. This position involves managing in-bound and outbound sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wire harness products and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Customer onboarding: Customer Service. Entering Sales Orders for new assemblies
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
Required:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or wire harness industry.
- Strong understanding of wire harness products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
