As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and supply of electrical projects daily. Day to day, schedules, allocated time resources, and budgets, as well as manage staff to ensure work is completed on time and of high standards.
You will ensure that all projects assigned to you keep running smoothly, and efficiently until the completion of said projects. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams
Working with team leaders, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards
Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
Delivering reports to management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization
Collaborating with management to set departmental and organization-wide goals
