Sales - QMS Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Sales management of all aspects of ECM business segments.

• Develop and take new project leads from material suppliers, customer visits, web site inquiries, trade shows and/or industry contacts.
• Estimate labor and material costs from blueprints, site visits, and similar previous jobs.
• Develop technical proposals to satisfy customer requirements.
• Maintain and track periodic follow ups with customers until a purchasing decision is made.
• Negotiate, obtain, process, and acknowledge contracts, purchase orders and change orders.
• Develop detailed job instructions, material lists, labor requirement and/or schedule expectation to the operations and project manager.
• Participate in related sales and marketing activities including trade shows, marketing programs, presentations and/or direct phone and e-mail contact

QMS management for maintaining the oversight and compliance of ISO 9001:2015 policies and procedures.

• Document control of ISO program and Lead Internal Auditor, interfacing with DEKRA.
• Provide regular reports on the performance of the quality management system (QMS) to stakeholders and top management.
• Address complaints and incorporate customer feedback into quality improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience:

• Business-related degree and/or proven equivalent that includes CRM and ERP experience
• Minimum of 3 years of sales / estimating experience, preferably in the commercial contracting field or with a company selling technical products to other businesses.
• Able to read blueprints and technical specifications and calculate material and labor requirements.
• Strong organizational, communications and computer skills (MS Word and Excel).
• Experience in quality management systems that includes internal auditing and process improvement.
