Bringing new treatments to market will help improve patients' treatment options and lives. We are seeking an experienced clinical educator to work alongside our Customer Experience team.
Summary of Position :
Customer experience team member partnering across all departments to achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and retention growth objectives. This person will be tasked with tier 2 product and nVNS therapy education, working closely with the Customer Experience Representatives to cover all customer support need.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- General education of customers (patients and providers) who call or email for more information; including but not limited to an understanding of clinical data and mechanism of action
- Assist with training and onboarding new customers, eC employees and gConcierge providers
- Respond to all tier 2 inquiries escalated from Customer Experience Reps (CERs)
- Enter, manage, and troubleshoot orders in Salesforce and NetSuite when business volume is high and extra support is needed
- Member of the Adverse Event committee, responsible for event follow up and documentation
- Collaborate with VP of Customer Service as well as department managers for best CX practices across all US channels and support documentation of
those practices.
