ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Functional
- Performs necessary duties to clean and maintain all areas of facility, both inside and outside as needed.
- CNC Troubleshooting
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the process water and coolant evaporation system.
- Responsible for labeling, transporting and storage (in-house) of all non-hazardous and hazardous waste containers.
- Responsible for transporting the following which includes but not limited to: metal chips, cardboard, paper, trash, pallets, equipment, drums, etc.
- Must maintain a valid forklift license.
- Identifies and corrects safety and environmental issues as they arise.
- Quickly adapting to a changing environment.
- Learning new processes and procedures.
- Works when expected and contributes best efforts towards the timely completion of work assignments.
- Supports safety programs such as housekeeping, environmental compliance, OSHA regulations, and crisis management utilizing good communication skills.
Leadership
- Practices effective continuous process improvement techniques by eliminating non-value-added activities.
- Stays focused on work activities and works through distractions.
- Actively participates in performance feedback and coaching process.
Interpersonal
- Positively participates in making team based decisions and functions in a team environment.

Requirements:EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree in related field or 4 years of related experience.
- Must be able to read and write proficiently.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Acceptable attendance record.
- Must have strong background in electrical maintenance, manufacturing/heavy-duty machinery maintenance is a plus.
- Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
- Demonstrated abilities in handling multiple priorities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift / push and manipulate 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to get on and off a fork truck repeatedly. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Driver must be able to push loaded hand trucks and hopers multiple times per day for short distances.
- Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
- Bend or twist their body.
- Repeat the same movements.
- Kneel, stoop, climb, crouch, or crawl.
