Mold Maker

• Leading new tooling builds
• Troubleshooting
• Communicating schedules and timelines, as well as coordinating work with

scheduling and department leads

• Mentoring and working with Apprentices
• Recommend ideas for improving procedures and environment to continue to make Electroform a better place to work.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of moldmaking processes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and tooling
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mold issues
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
