Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will proactively and reactively support all manufacturing production equipment and peripheral systems, as well as preform facility maintenance and upkeep. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities
- Proactively and reactively supports the production equipment and peripheral systems, to maximize run time.
- Performs routine and emergency equipment and facility repairs.
- Works closely with all team members, vendors, suppliers, and repair specialists.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, organization, and cleanliness.
- Documents any necessary information for traceability and historical data retrieval.
- Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization.

Physical Demands: Maintenance Technician may typically stand the entire working shift. The Maintenance Technician must possess manual dexterity, good physical condition, and strength.
Minimum Requirements
- High school degree and a demonstrated capability to perform the duties of the job.
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and other systems.
- Maintenance: 1 year experience (Required)
- Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Requirements
- Five years' experience and CMRT (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician) designation.
