You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 3:00am and end 3:30pm. This is a weekend shift, (Sat. Sun. Mon.) and supports the production line and will follow productions needs.
Qualifications:
- Communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing.
- Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules.
- Operates machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
- Delivers on agreed volume, cost, waste and quality standards. Maintain equipment by following protocols and guidelines.
- Help unload parts, work in powder room and may cover shift occasionally.
- Warehouse experience is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
- Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
- Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
- Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
