Title: End Cap Operator I- Second Shift
Location: Springfield, TN
Main Tasks:
- Provides support throughout the Molding department in producing the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Assists supervisor in training of associates and follow-up of quality-related issues.
- Backfills for absenteeism.
- Assists with changeovers.
- Troubleshoots functional defects.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of manufacturing/production experience.
- Able to bend, stoop, reach, grip, and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- Able to sit, stand, and walk for 8-10 hour periods.
- Must be able to communicate in English concisely, both verbally and in writing.
