You will be based in our North Valley Reno, NV location. The shift will start at 7 : 00 am and end at 3 : 30 pm depending on the production schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, the Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing RTS, conducting purification, Re-warehousing to make room, processing scrap, breaking down parts, setting up and maintaining locations, conducting cycle counts, slotting inventory into more efficient locations, providing support to our outbound operation, and working on a multitude of projects related to the warehouse's inventory.

Your main tasks :

• Maintain accurate digital and printed inventory records
• Utilize an RF Handheld to conduct daily tasks
• Research inventory discrepancies and reconcile records impacting inventory accuracy within WMS
• Manage, maintain, and resolve Inventory Holds, Damaged Inventory, and inventory needing rework
• Execute monthly scrap and break down lists to reduce excess inventory
• Conduct counts, recounts, and resolve level holds by correcting inventory records in WMS
• Manage RTS by identifying parts, locating like item units, correcting inventory quantities, and ensuring the return to the correct location and unit.
• Measure inventory SKUs through digital measuring and weighing machine (Cubiscan)
• Warehouse purification and empty location checks
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Management team.
• Train and certify on all warehouse equipment including; sit-down, order picker, and reach truck
