We plan and execute all aspects related to a candidate’s journey, starting from the very beginning with sourcing and interviewing talent to offer process and onboarding. As part of the Talent Acquisition team based in our North American headquarters in Charlotte, NC, you will partner with the manufacturing plants based in Kinston, NC, Springfield, TN, and Anderson, SC, to recruit skilled labor positions that support our new and highlighted automated plants. You will partner with the manufacturing plant & HR leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to identify the best talent for the North America region.

All About The Role:

As part of the Talent Acquisition team based in our North American headquarters in Charlotte, NC, you will partner with the manufacturing plants based in Kinston, NC, Springfield, TN, and Anderson, SC, to recruit skilled labor positions that support our new and highlighted automated plants. You will partner with the manufacturing plant & HR leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to identify the best talent for the North America region.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively source, screen, and interview qualified skilled labor positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to present a slate of candidates, set interviews, discuss and debrief about candidates interviewed, and move them forward to the offer & onboarding process.
- Challenge the status quo without being intimidated by the unknown.
- Create creative sourcing strategies.
- Analyze root-cause and troubleshoot to compete in a tight labor market for skilled labor positions.
- Bring diverse candidates into our organization.
- Bachelor’s degree from a certified institution.
- 5 years recruiting experience required, specifically 2 years recruiting for manufacturing plants in the US.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc., to source for skilled labor positions.
- Experience leveraging HR Technologies (ATS, CRMs, job boards, AI) to support your talent acquisition strategy.
- Skilled talent advisor with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology-based recruiting techniques.
