All About the Role:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for supporting data-driven, purpose-led growth across the organization. In this role, they will turn complex internal and external data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. They will serve as the subject matter expert for industry data, delivering clear answers quickly and shaping how data is leveraged company-wide. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a knack for storytelling with data, and experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the relationship with third-party data providers, developing and implementing data strategies aligned with commercial priorities
Collect, present, normalize, and integrate data from multiple sources into compelling dashboards and BI reports with strong visualizations
Partner with internal stakeholders to define key metrics and benchmarks using a data-driven approach, both internally and externally
Conduct ad-hoc business analyses to uncover insights, address challenges, and support decision-making
Monitor market trends and perform competitor benchmarking to inform strategic planning
Promote data maturity across the organization by building knowledge, tools, and practices that elevate data-driven culture
Champion the value of consumer data and its application in driving digital and business growth
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4 years as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical skills and financial data literacy a plus
Proficient in Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
Clear communicator with stakeholder-facing experience
