What you'll do:
Safely operates a variety of automatic equipment and monitors processes to assure proper application of materials. Functions as a team member and contributes to departmental production and quality goals. Performs troubleshooting processes and minor preventative maintenance on machines in accordance with operator's procedures and checklists. Verify parts are in compliance with quality standards as outlined in operating procedures.
Must complete job specific training within 90 days or disqualification will result.
In detail, you will:
- Ability to navigate and effectively use a touch screen panel
- Demonstrate ability to interact with H.M.I. (Human Machine Interface) Demonstrate and perform all tasks in accordance with Operating Procedures and Checklists
- Must demonstrate the ability to keep up with production rates
- Experience in Lock Out/Tag Out
- Communicate and troubleshoot all equipment issues that may hinder production and/or quality
- Prior machine experience not required but will be considered.
- Will work on the Jumper tube line
Minimum Qualifications
Who you are:
* Must have Math Level 1
* Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
* Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
* Able to read and write
Where you'll be:
You will be based at the Anderson, SC location with shift starting at 6:00am ending at 3:30 pm.
