ABOUT THE JOB:
As a critical member of the Industrial Operations team, the position responsibilities are to ensure a high degree of warehouse inventory accuracy, by using a predetermined list of target items and physically counting the accurate quantity in the designated locations. Additional responsibilities include completing a location-by-location physical count from a predetermined list of warehouse locations. This position has a direct and immediate impact on the performance of the company and is responsible for completing these tasks at all three EPRO warehouses, Food, Beverage and Spare Parts, located at Collins Lane and Westport Road.
Responsibilities
ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
- Conduct daily inventory cycle count activities as assigned
- Assist warehouse personnel in locating inventory
- Assist with the annual stock taking process for both facilities
- Other duties as assigned
ABOUT YOU:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment within a team and independently
- Basic computer skills, MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. daily as required
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer/tablet, telephone, and keyboard. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
