Customer Service Coordinator-1st Shift

You will be based in our Fletcher, NC location. The shift will start at 6 : 00 am and end at 2 : 30 pm. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.
Your main tasks :
- First point of contact for all order status requests from sales partners.
- Research order status and escalate to responsible departments.
- Ensure requesting party is informed when orders are shipped, finished, etc.
- Resolve order issues within Warehouse Management System.
- Responsible for special projects and leadership requests as business need dictates.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Management team.
