About the Role:
As an Assembler, you'll be the architect of precision, meticulously assembling rare earth magnet materials and hardware to customer specifications. Here's what you'll do:
Major Functions:
- Safety First: Optimize safety protocols and adhere to required precautions to ensure a secure work environment.
- Master of Precision: Interpret customer drawings with precision, set up work areas, and operate machinery with finesse to meet established quality standards.
- Data Integrity Guardian: Accurately record data into our ERP system and perform in-process inspections to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret Customer Drawings: Verify part numbers, review drawings, and set up work areas accordingly.
- Operate Machinery: Utilize machinery such as Bridgeport milling machines and ovens to complete assembly tasks.
- Ensure Quality Standards: Meet established quality standards and accurately record data into the ERP system.
- Safety Compliance: Optimize safety protocols and adhere to required precautions to ensure a secure work environment.
