Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with the ability to generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, and close deals effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by meeting sales goals, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for customers within the control panel and electrical systems industry, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including new projects, cross-selling, and upselling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and availability of materials.
- Analyze customer requirements and project specifications, working with internal teams to create and provide accurate quotations.
- Oversee project progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure on-time delivery of control panel solutions, meeting all client expectations.
- Provide expert technical advice to clients, leveraging industry knowledge to help solve challenges and optimize their systems.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and client feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, or relevant experience in the manufacturing, electronics, or tech sectors.
- Proven track record of successful sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce, with the ability to manage customer data and sales activity effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment to achieve business objectives.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
