Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our Hamptons-based projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of project including installation and system performance, verifying that the vision of what was sold is comparable to what was installed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Act as the primary point of contact both internally and externally for assigned projects
- Communicate with other trades and contractors to maintain project status
- Manage labor schedules and financial aspects of all projects
- Supervise direct reports of technicians and assist sales in creation and management of change orders
- Maintain organization of project changes and determine action lists for assigned projects
- Create applicable project audits and perform quality checks and testing of all installed items
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in the design, installation, and oversight of A/V projects, preferably in home automation
- Demonstrated experience using project management software and tools
- CAPM or PMP certification a plus
