Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair a range of household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance problems accurately and efficiently.
- Present repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers, considering any applicable product warranties.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in appliance technology and parts.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and self-sufficiency skills in managing workload and tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and knowledge in appliance repair and installation.
- Preferably, possess postsecondary training from a trade or vocational school.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Certification or significant experience with sealed system repairs is highly desirable.
