Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Phone Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Appliance experience is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Manage leads, track interactions, and update client information.
• Engage in inside sales activities by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Build rapport with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

Skills

• Strong background in B2B inside sales.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Experience in business development is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
