Position Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the social media strategy for Electronic Express, creating and managing content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports business objectives. Your expertise in videography, photography, and video editing will be instrumental in developing high-quality, visually compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Note: This is an in-person role based in Nashville, TN. Hybrid or remote work options are not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for social media campaigns.
- Create engaging, on-brand content tailored to each platform’s audience and trends.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and product) to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and other interactions to build community and brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on videography, photography, and editing techniques to produce cutting-edge content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or business.
- Proven skills in videography, photography, and video editing, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, including TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage multiple projects.
- Experience analyzing social media metrics and using insights to refine content strategy.
