Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Strategist plays a key role in driving the company's marketing efforts by developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth. This position focuses on creating engaging content, optimizing SEO, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various platforms. The strategist collaborates with decision-makers, tracks new business opportunities, and stays ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and competitor analysis. The Digital Marketing Strategist ensures that marketing initiatives are impactful and aligned with business objectives.
Essential Functions
· Contribute to the development of engaging marketing and promotional content.
· Monitor and enhance website SEO to boost page visibility and ranking.
· Collaborate with decision-makers to formulate marketing strategy.
· Monitor and analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, social media, and websites.
· Track New Business; identify trends and opportunities for business development.
· Generate innovative ideas for compelling marketing campaigns.
· Leverage HubSpot for marketing automation, campaign tracking, and customer relationship management to maximize ROI.
· Write compelling copy for advertisements, infographics, sales outreach, and various marketing materials.
· Optimize ad spending by analyzing performance across multiple platforms.
· Analyze competitor marketing strategies, including product offerings, market positioning, and online presence.
· Conduct research to identify potential client leads.
· Propose process and structural improvements to enhance business development.
· Write and/or edit blogs, web pages and sales materials that entice customers.
· Continuously learn emerging marketing trends and continuously develop new skills in marketing and research.
Skills/ Abilities
· Proficient in HubSpot: Demonstrated ability to use HubSpot's CRM, marketing automation, SEO, reporting, and analytics tools.
· Strong attention to detail and quality conscious.
· Solid organizational skills.
· Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc..).
· Solid Computer Skills; knowledge of Microsoft Suit and Excel.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrates clear, concise, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
· Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Ad Words.
· Proficient in data visualization techniques.
· Able to apply probability, statistical inference, and concepts of fractions, percentages, and proportions to practical situations.
· Quick Learner; Quickly grasps new concepts and adapts to new situations, software, programs and processes.
· Experience with WordPress; or similar content management platforms.
