Tech Support/Repair Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a Repair/Technical Support Technician to join our team! You will repair and test electronic/mechanical devices and assist customers with their technical support needs.
Responsibilities:
· Work with engineering team – under EOL supervision
· Repair both electronic and mechanical devices
· Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues with electronic locks/access control systems by phone
- Keep accurate repair records
· Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Experience and Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year previous experience in technical support OR Minimum 1 year previous experience in electronic/ electrical/ mechanical repairs
· Familiarity with customer/ technical support by phone – will train (bilingual preferred)
· Familiarity with hand and power tools and basic test equipment
· Ability to handle physical workload
· Ability to work well in teams
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education:
High School Diploma – Required
Associate Degree in Electronics -- Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
